Our Qualifications
Quality Test and Balance, LLC is a Certified TAB Firm through the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certification No. 3613. Our staff and technicians have over 100 years of combined test and balancing experience of air and water systems. Quality Test and Balance LLC has successfully completed well over 1000 projects in strict accordance with the project plans and specifications. Our project sizes range from small office renovations to several hundred million dollar buildings. Quality Test and Balance also is a Certified Commissioning Authority certified through the AABC Commissioning Group.
Mr. Luciano Gargano | President has a 40+ year track record that fosters the creation and implementation of core business practices, business planning and heads the sales and marketing division.
Mr. William Gargano | Chief Estimator started his TAB career in 2001 and in 2006 began performing certified TAB. William Gargano is Quality Test and Balance LLC registered NEBB Certified Professional.
Mr. Antonio Gargano | Senior Project Manager started his TAB career in 2000 and in 2005 began performing certified TAB. Mr. Tony Gargano is also a NEBB Certified Professional. Mr. Tony Gargano has also earned Certified Professional Status in Sound & Vibration.
Mr. David Kitts | Senior Project Manager started his TAB career in 1991.
Mr. David Kitts has earned TAB Engineer status through AABC and is currently a certified ACG Commissioning Agent. Mr. Kitts is also a NEBB Certified Technician.
Mr. PJ Carnochan | Managing Field Forman started his TAB career in 2000 and in 2005 began performing certified TAB. Mr. Carnochan is a NEBB Certified Technician and also a LEED Accredited Professional.
Mr. John Brian | Managing Field Forman started his TAB career in 1999 and in 2005 began performing certified TAB.
Mr. Nathan Cortez | Managing Field Forman started his TAB career in 2010. Mr. Cortez is a NEBB Certified Technician.
Mr. Wayne Gangloff | Field Technician has been performing TAB since 2010.
Mr. Joe Whitmer | Field Technician has been performing TAB since 2013.
Mr. Ted Bryan | Field Technician has been performing TAB since 2014.
Mr. Perry Burgess | Field Technician has been performing TAB since 2014.
Mr. Ryan Hutchens | Field Technician has been performing TAB since 2015.
